**Shipping & Delivery**

1. **Order and Delivery Times**
We process and ship all orders as quickly as we can. Our standard delivery times are:
- Within Sweden: 1-3 business days
- Within EU: 2-5 business days
- International: 2-14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary, and in some cases, it may take up to 10 business days. While we do our best to meet our delivery times, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors.

2. **Damages During Transit**
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are responsible for resolving the issue. Please notify us immediately, and no later than 14 days after receiving the item, so we can assist with a return or replacement.

3. **Delivery Address**
To avoid delays, please ensure that you provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. If you notice that you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it at info@borgertdesign.se. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect address information.
