Where is my order?
Your order will be shipped from us within 1-2 business days after you place your order. You will receive an email when the delivery is on its way. If there is a delay with your delivery, you are warmly welcome to contact us at info@borgertdesign.se, and we will look into what might have happened!
Which shipping options can I choose from?
We currently ship with Postnord outside of Sweden. You choose shipping options at checkout.
How long does the delivery take?
We ship all orders as soon as we can, and our normal delivery time is 1-3 business days within Sweden and 2-7 days internationally, depending on where in the world your delivery will be shipped.*
*We reserve the right for a delivery time of up to 14 days for international orders.
Can I change the delivery address after I have placed an order?
If you have entered the wrong address or wish to change it for any other reason, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that we can change the address in time. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, no changes can be made afterwards, but we will do our best to try to resolve the issue. You can contact us via e-mail info@borgertdesign.se or via our chat.
What is Bottler for?
Our smart travel container, Bottler, can be filled with all types of liquid products you need to take with you when you're on the go. Or why not keep the bottles at home in the shower for a stylish touch to your bathroom decor?
How do I refill Bottler?
Unscrew the cap and fill it with your favorite product. The opening is generous, so you won’t need a funnel or any complicated tools to refill. Then, screw the cap back on, and you can enjoy a drip-free bottle to take on your next journey!
What products can you put in the travel bottle?
Fill Bottler with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, face cream, hand sanitizer. Yes, anything really (as long as it’s liquid). Only your imagination sets the limits!
Can I bring the travel bottles in my hand luggage?
Yes! Each Bottler travel bottle holds 90 ml, making it approved for carry-on luggage on flights.

My product is not working properly. How do I do?
If the inevitable still happens, and the product does not meet expectations, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue to make a claim. Include a picture or video showing the problem so we can investigate further and determine what may have gone wrong in the manufacturing process.
If you receive a defective product, we will, of course, send you a new one!
