**AGREEMENT AND CONFIRMATION**
Our website is intended for users over the age of 18. Once your order is completed, we will send a confirmation via email with details of your products, prices, and delivery information. Make sure to enter the correct email address so that you receive this confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation, or if something seems incorrect, please contact our customer service directly. The confirmation serves as a receipt for your purchase.
**PRICES AND PAYMENT**
All prices on our website include VAT. Shipping costs are additional and depend on the chosen shipping method. We reserve the right to adjust prices and shipping costs as needed. If you place an order to a country outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which you are responsible for paying. Contact your local customs office for more information.
We offer various payment options, including bank cards, credit cards, and gift cards. All payments are made either before or after delivery, depending on the option you choose. We may change our payment methods as needed. Products remain our property until full payment has been received.
**DELIVERY**
We strive to deliver your order according to the shipping method you chose. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 business days depending on the delivery country. If your order is delayed without notice, please contact us. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are required to accept the delivery.
Please ensure that you provide a correct delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is not picked up, you may be asked to pay for reshipping. An administrative fee of 150 SEK applies to unclaimed packages.
In case of damaged or opened deliveries, please contact the shipping company directly to report the damage.
**LIABILITY**
We at Borgert Design strive to provide you with a smooth and trouble-free shopping experience. We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as delivery issues from our suppliers, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. If something goes wrong with your order, our responsibility is limited to rectifying the error as efficiently as possible or refunding the amount you paid for the faulty item.
**FORCE MAJEURE**
We are not responsible for fulfilling orders in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or if our suppliers fail to deliver. We are also not liable for changes to products made by suppliers outside of our control.
**RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL**
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The product must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and in its sealed packaging. Contact us to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping. Return processing usually takes 1-3 weeks.
**COMPLAINTS**
We follow the Consumer Agency’s guidelines and always inspect products before shipment. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue. Keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.
**PERSONAL INFORMATION**

**FRAUD**
Any attempts at fraud will be reported to the police, and we reserve the right to cancel purchases if fraud is suspected.

Swedish law applies to these terms and your use of our website. Disputes that cannot be resolved with our customer service will be resolved by the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
**SEVERABILITY CLAUSE**
